He is a Chartered Accountant and IT specialist with expertise in Investment Management, Financial Management, Risk Management, Financial Modelling, Pension Administration, Strategy formulation and implementation, and Software Implementation.
Kayode is an Accountancy graduate of the Polytechnic, Ibadan, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, a Microsoft Certified Professional and he holds an MBA from the Business School Netherlands.
With over two decades of experience, Kayode has worked in different capacities within the Financial Services Industry and the Information Technology space. He was a member of technical and business teams that successfully implemented new banking software for efficient operations in a couple of Banks. He was the Financial Controller in a medium sized bank and thereafter, a pioneer Management Staff of a Pension Fund Administrator Company; starting off as the Chief Finance Officer and later becoming an Executive Director in the Company, stirring the growth of the company from zero base to over N500 billion Assets under management within 12 years to become an Industry leader.
He holds different professional certifications for Executive Management courses from internationally reputed institutions like Harvard Business School, the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania, the London School of Economics and Political Science, Said Business School University of Oxford, London Business School and Lagos Business School.

He is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers(PwC) where he has worked for fifteen (15) years.
Tolulope, who is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, has developed professional expertise in the area of Strategic Management and Planning, Financial Management and Control, Auditing, Risk and Asset Management.
Throughout his career, Tolulope has worked on different IFRS audit accounts where he has managed different levels of complexities.
He has been involved in assurance engagements ranging from statutory audit and non-audit assurance engagements, cutting across various industries in the private and pulic sectors.
He has been engaged in provision of advisory services to different customers across various markets and led many operational and financial reviews in different sectors of the economy.
Mrs. Ashiata Odewale Chairs the Board Credit Committee of AllianzBridge.
Ashiata holds a BSc. in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and an MSc degree in Banking and Finance from Bayero University, Kano.
With over two decades experience in the Financial Services sector, Ashiata has built expertise around Business Development, Corporate Governance, Credit Management and Analysis. She has successfully managed administration and training within the retail, commercial, corporate and public sector banking space and has deployed her expertise towards the growth of companies within the financial sector.
Ashiata has attended several trainings and courses organized by reputable Nigerian and International consulting firms amongst which are Dale&Parker, Ashford &Mcguire, Phillips consulting, JMJ, ReStraL.
She is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School and an associate of the chartered institute of bankers of Nigeria.
Dr. Olumide Olufemi Alao is the Chairman of the Governance and Remuneration Committee of AllianzBridge.
He is the Medical Director of Zitadel Medical and Diagnostics Limited located in Gwarimpa, Abuja.
He holds a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of Ilorin. He also holds a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine; Certification in Quality Healthcare improvement from UniversitatsKlinikum Heidelberg in Germany and has attended management short courses in the Lagos Business School.
He is a member of the Medical and Dental Council of both Nigeria and Ghana, the Nigerian Medical Association, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene in London.
